Jon spent 8 years as a department head for a prominent pharmaceutical company, honing his skills in both technical and business realms. Jon's industry expertise extends beyond biopharmaceuticals to include healthcare, database marketing, and credit scoring and risk analysis.

    With a strong combination of technical leadership and business acumen, Jon specializes in providing tailored solutions and robust support across various functions, including G&A, R&D, and Commercial operations. His experience spans corporate giants to nimble startups, allowing him to navigate diverse environments with ease.

    CO FOUNDER

    Andrew Huynh is an IT professional with over 23+ years of experience, specializing in delivering innovative solutions and driving business success. As a Founding Partner at CHA Business Solutions, Andrew leverages his expertise garnered over 14 years at a Microsoft partner consulting firm. Throughout his career, he has held diverse leadership roles, including Technical Solution Manager, Technical Architect for Productivity Platforms, Project Manager, and Business Analyst.

    Andrew's proficiency spans across various industries and sectors, including Financials, Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Manufacturing, Non-Profit Organizations, and State and Local Government (SLG). His comprehensive understanding of IT landscapes combined with his strategic vision enables him to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization he serves.
